Abstract

MóDULO DE INTERFACE PARA USO EM UM SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE PROCESSO, SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE PROCESSO, E, MéTODO DE TROCA DE INFORMAçãO DE CONTROLE DE PROCESSO Um módulo de interface está operacionalmente conectado a uma rede de controle de processo Fieldbus e ao menos a uma rede de controle de processo de não-Fieldbus para facilitar a troca de informações do controle de processo entre as redes. O módulo de interface armazena uma base de dados na qual os parâmetros de controle de processo dos blocos de função nos dispositivos de campo da rede de controle de processo Fieldbus são mapeados para corresponder aos parâmetros da rede de controle de processo do não-Fieldbus. Uma vez que os parâmetros de controle de processo de Fieldbus são mapeados aos parâmetros de controle de processo de não-Fieldbus, o módulo de interface é adaptado para transmitir mensagens de pedido na rede de controle de processo Fieldbus aos dispositivos de campo do Fieldbus para os valores atuais dos parâmetros de controle de processo, para receber mensagens em resposta dos dispositivos de campo do Fieldbus, e para armazenar os valores atuais dos parâmetros de controle de processo na base de dados.
