Abstract

"JUNTAS SOLDADAS EM AçOS DE ALTA RESISTêNCIA, RESISTENTES AO CALOR, E MéTODO DE SOLDAGEM PARA AS MESMAS". Essa invenção proporciona um método de soldagem e uma junta soldada para aços de alta resistência, resistentes a temperatura, que produz a mesma resistência que o metal base na junta soldada, dessa maneira resolvendo os problemas de resistência na área afetada pelo calor fazendo uma mudança simples no método de soldagem, e adicionalmente, estender essa vantagem a aços resistentes ao calor de ferrita de alta resistência proporcionando um método de soldagem de acúmulo de múltiplas passagens para tais aços resistentes ao calor de ferrita de alta resistência. A área de fusão da tampa de múltiplas camadas 15a estende-se além da área afetada pelo calor 13 que situa-se fora da ranhura 11, e a área de superfície da extensão precedente que é requerida para conceder o mesmo nível de resistência à deformação como é inerente no metal base é baseada na relação entre a largura da ranhura e a espessura do metal base mostrado como a área hachurada na Figura 1(B).
