Abstract
"PREDIçãO DE UNIFORMIDADE DE PNEU USANDO DADOS DE UNIFORMIDADE DE BALANCEAMENTO E BAIXA VELOCIDADE". Trata-se de métodos e aparelho para predizer uniformidade de pneu, de preferência um componente harmónico de variação de força para um pneu de produção, de preferência quando operando a uma alta velocidade, e também método e aparelho para fabricar pneus e controlar a fabricação de pneus em resposta ao controle de qualidade baseado em uma comparação de uma uniformidade predita de pneu de produção versus critérios predeterminados. A uniformidade de pneu predita de um pneu de produção é determinada por um cálculo que utiliza funções de transferência aplicadas aos dados de medição de pneu de produção a partir de equipamento de teste de piso de fábrica que inclui um verificador de balanceamento de piso de fábrica e uma máquina de uniformidade de pneu de piso de fábrica. As funções de transferência são determinadas por cálculos que envolvem uma combinação de medições em uma amostra de pneu que compreende, de preferência, um ou mais pneus da mesma construção que o pneu de produção para o qual as predições são desejadas. A combinação de medições inclui medições em um verificador de balanceamento de piso de fábrica, em uma máquina de uniformidade de pneu de piso de fábrica e em uma máquina de uniformidade de pneu de laboratório de teste. A máquina de uniformidade de pneu de laboratório de teste é operada de preferência a uma velocidade mais alta do que a máquina de uniformidade de pneu de piso de fábrica e mais preferivelmente, a uma velocidade aproximadamente igual à velocidade em que a uniformidade predita é desejada.
