Abstract
"MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA DE CáRTER LIMPO". A presente invenção se refere a um motor de combustão interna (1) de cárter limpo, do tipo de dois tempos, idealizado principalmente para uma ferramenta de trabalho manual, tal como uma serra de cadeia, uma guilhotina ou um dispositivo de corte, com um cilindro (2) e um pistão (4) que se alternam ao longo da parede do cilindro (3), cujo pistão separa uma câmara de combustão (5) acima do mesmo e um volume de cárter (6) abaixo do mesmo, em que na parede do cilindro (3) são dispostas aberturas (7, 8, 9, 10, 10<39> ) para admissão de ar (11) , saída de exaustão (12) e para um número de dutos de limpeza (13, 13<39>), pelo que pelo menos um duto auxiliar (14) é fornecido com uma abertura auxiliar (15) na parede do cilindro, cuja abertura auxiliar (15) é aberta e fechada pelo pistão e em que a admissão é dividida em: uma admissão de combustível (16) que se dirige a uma abertura de combustível (7) e uma admissão de ar (17) que se dirige a uma abertura de ar (8), e em que essas aberturas são abertas e fechadas pelo pistão (4), que também compreende um espaço de transferência (18), cujas bordas da boca são delimitadas pela periferia do pistão e em que, pelo menos em uma posição de pistão se cria uma conexão entre a abertura de combustível (7) e a abertura do duto auxiliar (15), de modo que o combustível pode ser suprido ao duto auxiliar (14) através da abertura auxiliar (15) e, depois, após a abertura (15) ter sido aberta pelo pistão, pode fluir dentro da câmara de combustão.
