Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE RETENçãO PARA PEçAS BRUTAS DE CERMICA". A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de retenção (42) que abrange uma peça bruta de cerâmica porosa (10), cilíndrica ou prismática, e meios para o aperto do dispositivo de retenção em uma máquina-ferramenta para o processamento, com remoção de material, da peça bruta (10) para a produção de uma peça a trabalhar de cerâmica (18). Sobre pelo menos uma parte da periferia da peça bruta (10) retida sem tensão, na região de um plano que abrange o seu eixo central longitudinal (A), um quadro estreito (12) acha-se fixado em conexão adesiva. Ele cobre a superfície da peça bruta (10) apenas em uma pequena parte. O quadro (12), por sua vez, acha-se retido em um retentor estável (24) com um adaptador de aperto (34), podendo ser destacado e estando seguro contra torção. Toda essa combinação está fixada na máquina-ferramenta com resistência à torção e ao deslizamento. A peça a trabalhar de cerâmica (18) emerge continuamente da peça bruta de cerâmica (10), sem predefinição da direção de avanço, até que sejam configurados segmentos de retenção (20) livremente selecionáveis apenas quanto ao número e ao local. Os segmentos de retenção (20) terminam sobre o material residual da peça bruta na região do quadro (12) ou diretamente sobre o quadro (12). O dispositivo de retenção é empregado especialmente para a produção de prótese dentária de cerâmica maciça, especialmente coroas dentárias ou pontes dentárias, como peça a trabalhar (18).
