Abstract
Un dispositivo (42) de sujecion comprende una pieza (10) bruta de ceramica porosa de forma cilindrica o prismatica, y medios de sujecion en una maquina herramienta para el mecanizado mediante arranque de material de la pieza (10) bruta para la elaboracion de una pieza (18) mecanizada de ceramica. Por lo menos una parte de la circunferencia de la pieza (10) bruta en el area de un plano comprendiendo su eje (A) longitudinal central sujetada libre de tensiones esta fijada en conexion adhesiva a un marco (12) estrecho. Este cubre la superficie de la pieza (10) bruta solamente en una parte muy pequena. El marco (12) por su lado esta sujetado de forma desprendible y de manera tal que no puede deslizarse, en un soporte (24) estable con un adaptador (34) de sujecion. Todo este conjunto esta sujetado en la maquina herramienta de forma tal que no puede girar ni deslizarse. La pieza (18) mecanizada emerge sin determinacion previa de direccion de avance de manera continua de la pieza (10) de ceramica bruta, hasta que queden formadas solamente unos nervios (20) de apoyo elegibles arbitrariamente en cuanto a cantidad y lugar. Los nervios (20) de apoyo terminan en el material restante de la pieza bruta en el area del marco (12) o directamente en el marco (12). El dispositivo de sujecion se usa particularmente como pieza (18) mecanizada.
