Abstract

"MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM SAL SECO DE METAL ALCALINO OU DE AMÈNIO DE UM áCIDO CARBOXìLICO". A presente invenção é um método de produzir partículas secas de sal do ácido carboxílico de metal alcalino ou de amónio. De acordo com a invenção, um ácido carboxílico fundido é misturado com uma solução de um composto alcalino contendo metal alcalino ou contendo amónio e o ácido carboxílico e o composto alcalino são reagidos para formar o sal do ácido carboxílico. A água é depois removida do sal do ácido carboxílico para produzir partículas secas do sal do ácido carboxílico. A taxa de alimentação do ácido carboxílico fundido e do composto alcalino é controlada para neutralizar o ácido carboxílico no processo.
