Claims (4)

  1. 알칼리 비누 수용액 및 무기 금속염을 각각 따로 혼합기의 회전식 임펠러(impeller)의 표면상에 직접 공급하여 그들이 즉시 함께 혼합되도록 한다음, 생성된 금속성 비누 수성 슬러리를 지체없이 혼합기로부터 방출시키는 이중 분해 공정에 의한 금속성 비누의 연속 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 금속염/알칼리 비누의 당량비가 0.95 : 1.5인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합기로부터 방출된 금속성 비누 수성 슬러를 금속성 비누 입자의 입자크기를 증가시키기 위해 가열하에 다시 혼합하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 가열하의 혼합율 50내지 100℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법
