Abstract
"MéTODO DE ISOPRENSAGEM A FRIO". Um método de isoprensagem a frio no qual duas ou mais camadas (10, 18) de material são formadas dentro de um molde de isoprensagem (1). Uma das camadas consiste de um filme moldado em fita (10). As camadas são isoprensadas dentro do molde de isoprensagem (1), para deste modo laminar as camadas (10, 18) e para compactar o filme moldado em fita (10). O molde de isoprensagem (1) pode ser de configuração cilíndrica com as camadas (10, 18) sendo camadas cilíndricas coaxiais. O material usado na formação das camadas (10, 18) pode conter materiais cerâmicos verdes e a estrutura resultante pode ser queimada e sinterizada conforme o necessário e de acordo com métodos conhecidos para produzir uma estrutura cerâmica, compósita acabada. Em adição, tais materiais cerâmicos verdes podem ser do tipo que é capaz de conduzir íons de oxigênio ou de hidrogênio em temperatura alta com o objetivo de utilização das estrutura cerâmica compósita acabada como um elemento de membrana cerâmica.
