제1도는 본 발명에서 사용할 수 있는 압출-라미네이트 장치의 개략도이고,
제2도는 본 발명에 따라 부분적으로 변형한 표면을 가진 냉각롤의 투시도이고,
제3도는 제2도의 부분 피복 냉각롤을 사용하여 형성한 구멍이 있는 면적(8)을 가진 통기성 복합시트 표면의 개략도.
Claims (4)
- 열가소성 수지 및 다공성 기재로 부터 압출-라미내이트 방법에 의해 통기성 복합 시트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 압출 용융된 열가소성 필름과 직접 접촉하는 롤 표면의 적어도 일부분이 열 전도율 0.03kca1/m · hr℃내지 5kcal/m ·hr℃이고 JIS K 7215의 방법에 따라 측정한 경도가 HDA 60 이상의 재질로 형성된, 변형롤을 사용하여 다공성 기재상의 상기한 필름을 천공하는 통기성 복합시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 롤의 전표면적에 대한 상기 재질로부터 형성된 총 면적의 비율이 0.5% 이상인 통기성 복합시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합 시트 제품이 다공성 기재의 코어층과 열가소성 수지의 2외층으로 이루어진 3층 구조인 통기성 복합시트의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 복합 시트 제품이 다공성 기재의 코어층과 열가소성 수지의 2외층으로 이루어진 3층 구조인 통기성 복합시트의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
