Claims (1)

  1. 모재인 일반탄소강과 크래드재인 스테인레스강사이에 탄소 확산을 방지하기 위한 중간재로 Ni막을 형성한 후 모재와 크래드재를 열간압연으로 접합하고 열처리하는 스테인레스 크래도(clad)강의 제조방법에 있어서, 크래드재인 스테인레스강의 접합에 정면에 크기 45㎛ 이하의 Ni분말을 프라즈마 스프레이어(plasmar sprayer)로 100-300㎛의 두께로 용착시킨 후 모재를 겹쳐 통상적인 방법으로 열간압연, 열처리 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스 크레드강의 제조방법.
