블리키제(製) 광휘(光輝) 용접 시입(seam) 관(罐)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 용접관의 단면도.
제2도는 측면 시임(seam)의 예의 내외 표면부를 확대해서 나타내는 단면도이다.
제3도 및 제4도는 각각 실시예(4) 및 비료예(4)의 용접관 시임에 대한 애칭(etching)시간과 원자 농도와의 관계를 나타내는 선도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 용접에 의하여 형성된 측면 이음매를 가지는 블리키제 용접시임관에 있어서, 상기 측면 이음매의 내외 표면부는 가장 바깥층에 50 내지 400 옹스트룀의 산화물로 구성되는 층 및 그 다음 층에 원래의 블리키 소재중의 전 주석층의 두께의 5 내지 100%의 두께를 지니는 철-주석 합금층으로 구성되는 중간층이 있고, 또 상기 내외 표면부는 블리키 소재의 60% 이상의 반사율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 블리키제 광휘 용접시임관.
  2. 철-주석 합금층이 원래의 블리키 소재중의 전주석층의 두께의 15내지 70%의 두께를 가지는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 용접 시임관.
  3. 블리키 소재가 1.12내지11.2g/㎡의 주석도금량과 0.15내지 0.50㎜의 두께를 가지는 블리키 소재인 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 용접시임관.
  4. 측면 이음매의 폭이 0.2 내지1.2㎜인 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 용접시임관.
