제5도∼제8도는 상기 화장용시이트를 사용하여 본 발명의 화장작를 제조하는 방법을 나타내는 도로서 제5도는 함수플라스틱물질이 기재에 적용된 상태를 나타내며, 제7도는 화장용시이트가 함수플라스틱물질의 표면에 적용된 화장용시이트를 나타내며, 제 도는화장용시이트 변형방법을 나타내고, 제8도는 이리하여 제조된 화장재를 나타내는 도.
Claims (9)
- 물의 흡수로 인한 팽창에 의하여 팽창변형을 일으키는 친수성변형시이트와 상기 친수성변형시이트의 최소한 일측의 전면에 형성된 방습층으로 구성되며, 상기 화장용시이트는 물의 흡수에 의하여 발생된 상이한 정도의 상기 팽창변형을 갖추는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장용 시이트.
- 친수성변형시이트와 상기 변형시이트의 일측의 전면에 형성된 방습층과 상기 방습층의 한 부분에 국부적으로형성된 투수 가능한 프린트층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 화장용 시이트.
- 친수성변형시이트와 상기 친수성변형시이트의 일측의 한 지대에 국부적으로 형성된 투수프린트층과 상기 시이트 및 상기층의 전면이 상기 시이트의 일측을 피복하도록 상기 시이트의 동일측면에 상기 시이트 및 상기층이 형성된 방습층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 화장용시이트.
- 상기 방습층의두께는 상기 친수변형시이트의 습기전달속도(JIS Z 0208에 따라서)가 상기 방습층의 형성으로 10∼0% 감소되도록 하는 것을 특징으로하는 특허청구의 범위 1∼3기재중 어느 기재항에 의한 화장용시이트.
- 미세통공이 상기 시이트의 전면을 통하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1∼4기재중 어느 기재항에 의한 화장용시이트.
- 상기 친수성변형시이트는 폴리비닐알코올 및 셀루로우스 유도체류로 구성된 군에서 선택된 친수성지로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1∼5기재중 어느 기재항에 의한 화장용시이트.
- 상기 방습층은 친수성변형시이트 및 무기전제의 구성물질보다 공수성이 많은 수지로 이루어진 코우팅막인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1∼6기재중 어느기재항에 의한 화장용시이트.
- (1)아직경화 되지 않는 함수함수플라스틱물질과 화장용시이트를 상호접촉시켜 박판을 형성하며, 상기 화장용시이트는 물의 흡수로 팽창함으로써 팽창변형시이트와 상기 변형시이트의 최소한 일측전면에 형성된 방습층으로 구성되며, 상기 화장용시이트는 물의 흡수로 생긴 상이한 정도의 팽창변형을 지닌 지대를 가지며, 따라서 상기 화장용시이트의 방습층측면이 상기 함수플라스틱물질의 표면에 오도록하는 단계와 (2)물로 상기 화장용시이트를 팽창시키며, 상기 지대에 따라 상이한 정도로 그 평면방향으로 팽창변형을 하게하고, 이리하여 상기 함수플라스틱물질 표면에 상기 화장용시이트의 변형에 대응한 표면불균제문의를 형성하는 단계와, (3)상기 함수플라스틱물질을 최소한 2형상을 보지할 수 있을 정도로 경화시키는 단계와,(4)상기 화장용시이트를 박리하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 凹凸면으로 된 문의를 가진 화장재의 제조법
- 상기 단계(2)에 있어서, 추가수가 상기 함수플라스틱물질에 접촉하지 않고 상기화장용시이트측에 가하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 8기재의 화장재의 제조법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
