Claims (5)
- 펀치와 다이로된 장치를 이용하여 이온 교환수지의 자체지지용막으로 부터 적당한 크기의 조각을 잘라내고, 이 절단된 막을 동일한 펀치의 모서리에 부착시킨채로 전기변색장치의 전기변색층에 대한 지지용, 기질위에 있는 전기변색층을 덮고, 펀치 모서리로부터 지지용 기질요소로 절단된 조각을 이동시켜 이 절단된 조각을 눌러주어 기질위의 전기변색층과 견고히 접하도록 하므로써 전기변색장치속에 전해질층으로서 이온교환 수지로 된 층을 형성시키는 방법.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 절단단계로 들어가기전에 앞서나온 자체지지용 막을 물로 습윤 시키므로써 막표면이 다소 접착성을 가지도록 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 펀치의 절단모서리면을 다소 굽어지게 하여 평탄한 표면에 대해 펀치표면을 눌러줄때 펀치 표면과 평탄한 표면 사이에 접촉선이 형성되게 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 안료 첨가제가 분산된 막을 사용하는 방법.
