Claims (7)
- 기층의 적어도 한쪽 면은 두층 즉, 중간층과 최상층으로 덮여 있으며, 이중 중간층은 기층과 맞붙어 위치하며 화이버가 보강되고 열 경화성 물질이 부분적으로 경화된 상태로 이루어져 있고, 최상층은 중간층과 같은 혹은 다른 종류의 열 경화성 물질로 이루어져서 다소 덜 경화된 상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 물질, 충진데, 화이버 및 통상의 첨가제로 구성된 기층으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 SMC.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이용되는 열 경화성 물질이 불 포화 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 SMC.
- 제1항에서 2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중간층의 두께가 0.1-0.6㎜인 것을 특징으로하는 SMC.
- 제1항에서 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 최상층의 두께가 0.1-1㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 SMC.
- 적어도 두 층으로 이루어져서 첫번째 층은 소위 중간층으로 모울딩 컴파운드의 한면과 맞붙어 이용되기에 적당하며 두번째 층은 소위 최상층으로 최상으로서 적당하고, 중간층은 적어도 화이머가 보강되어 있거나 열경화성 물질이 부분적으로 경화된 상태로 이루어지며 최상층은 중간층과 같은 혹은 다른 종류의 열 경화성 물질로 이루어져서 부분적으로 경화된 상태가 아니거나 중간층 보다 덜 경화된 상태로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 모울딩 컴파운드의 한쪽 면에 상부층으로서 이용될 수 있는 시이트 모양의 생성물.
- 중간층에는 적어도 화이버를 보강시키고 열경화성 물질을 공급해주며 최상층에는 열경화성 물질을 공급해 주는데 각층에 적어도 두 종류의 다른 촉매시스템을 채택하여 첫번째 시스템은 70℃이상에서 경화시키는 것으로 중간층과 최상층에 따라 같거나 달라질 수 있는 것이고, 두번째 시스템도 중간층과 최상층에 따라 같거나 다를 수 있으나 70℃ 이하에서 경화가 일어나는 것이며 이런 과정에서 중간층의 경화도가 최상층 보다 높고, 두층이 모두 두번째 시스템에 의해 동시에 혹은 다른 시간에, 부분적으로 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 모울딩 컴파운드의 한쪽면에 상부층으로서 이용될 수 있는 시이트 모양의 생성물을 제조하는 방법.
