本发明公开了用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,首先,装饰纤维布浸渍,制备贴面材料,其步骤为:在不饱和聚酯树脂中加入各种助剂,混合均匀形成树脂糊,助剂包含引发剂、脱模剂、促进剂、偶联剂、交联单体、苯乙烯;将上述树脂糊均匀涂覆在装饰纤维布上,在105~130℃下进行预固化和干燥,成为贴面材料;然后模压;将SMC片状模塑料投料至模具内,再将贴面材料铺设在模具内的SMC片状模塑料上,一体模压成型;模压过程中型腔在上、型芯在下,防止因SMC片状模塑料流动而使装饰纤维布拉伸导致装饰花纹变形,避免装饰纤维布褶皱;SMC片状模塑料作为结构层,贴面材料附着于结构层表面。成品表面花纹图案清晰度和亮度高。

本发明涉及一种彩色装饰板的生产工艺,尤其涉及一种用于整体浴室 的彩色装饰板的制造方法。
背景技术
整体卫浴是将许多卫浴设施通过模压成型、配套安装等方式组合而成 的卫浴间。浴缸、坐便器设计精巧,底板、天花板、浴室门一体安装,连 化妆镜、照明灯具、换气扇、水嘴、卷纸器、毛巾架、浴巾架等小零碎也 一应俱全;此外,一套整体卫浴间还包括完备的上、下水管道配件及成套 安装零件。和传统卫浴相比,整体卫浴间主要有三大优点:1)省事省时, 整体厨卫装修到位,采用的是干法施工,无需砂子和水泥,只用螺钉、粘 合剂即可,安装时间为半天到一天,大大缩短了施工周期;2)防止渗漏, 整体卫浴间的浴缸与底板一次模压成型,无拼接缝隙,从而根本解决了普 通卫生间地面易渗漏水这一曾困扰许多家庭的问题;3)材质优良,整体 卫浴间的底板、墙板、天花板、浴缸等大都采用SMC复合材料制成,SMC是 飞机和宇宙飞船专用的材料,具有材质紧密、表面光洁、隔热保温、防老 化及使用寿命长等优良特性。
目前,整体浴室的装饰板使用SMC压合,装饰板的正面和反面的颜色 一样且为SMC材料的颜色,颜色单一,尚且无法做出和墙面一样色彩鲜艳 的彩色装饰板。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种用于整体浴室的 彩色装饰板的制造方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,特点是:包括以下步骤:
1)准备装饰纤维布;
2)装饰纤维布浸渍,制备贴面材料;
制备贴面材料的步骤为:在不饱和聚酯树脂中加入各种助剂,混合均 匀形成树脂糊,所述助剂包含:引发剂、脱模剂、促进剂、偶联剂、交联 单体、苯乙烯;将不饱和聚酯树脂的质量定为100份,则各助剂的质量份 数为:
将上述树脂糊均匀涂覆在装饰纤维布上,然后在105~130℃下进行预 固化和干燥,使树脂糊的固化程度达到70%~90%,成为贴面材料;
3)模压;先将SMC片状模塑料投料至模具内,投料面积为制品正投 影面积75%~95%,再将贴面材料铺设在模具内的SMC片状模塑料上, 一体模压成型;模压过程中型腔在上、型芯在下,防止因SMC片状模塑 料流动而使装饰纤维布拉伸导致装饰花纹变形,避免装饰纤维布褶皱;
模压后,SMC片状模塑料作为结构层,贴面材料附着于结构层表面。
进一步地,上述的用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,其中,所 述装饰纤维布每平米的质量为60~180克,每平米装饰纤维布上涂覆树脂 糊的质量为60~120克。
进一步地,上述的用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,其中,所 述装饰纤维布由定向的或随机的无纺布纤维构成。
进一步地,上述的用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,其中,所 述装饰纤维布上印刷有花纹。
进一步地,上述的用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,其中,所 述SMC片状模塑料由树脂基材和分散在树脂基材中的玻璃纤维构成。
进一步地,上述的用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,其中,所 述不饱和聚酯树脂为间苯树脂或乙烯基树脂。
进一步地,上述的用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,其中,所 述引发剂为过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯,或者过氧化2-乙烯己酸叔丁酯,或者过 氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯/过氧化2-乙烯己酸叔丁酯复合引发剂体系,过氧化苯甲 酸叔丁酯与过氧化2-乙烯己酸叔丁酯的质量比为(0.7~0.8):(0.3~0.2)。

本发明与现有技术相比具有显著的优点和有益效果,具体体现在以下 方面:
①本发明彩色装饰板的制造方法,仅需要经过模压工序就能生产中表 观质量好的用于整体浴室和整体淋浴间的彩色装饰板,工序省、成本低、 工艺控制相对较简单;
②通过加入交联单体,使得装饰纤维布与SMC片状模塑料一体压制 成型时,交联单体与SMC中的不饱和聚酯树脂发生反应,增强其结合的 牢固程度,同时通过交联单体的加入,使得装饰纤维表面高亮度更高,产 品表面效果更好;
③通过加入合理比例的引发剂和促进剂,使得装饰纤维的固化程度控 制在需要的范围内,即有利于浸渍装饰纤维的贮存,又有利于浸渍装饰纤 维使用的时候能很好地与SMC片状模塑料一体成型;
④促进剂的加入,增加装饰纤维布浸渍胶层的固化程度;
⑤采用装饰纤维布,由定向的或随机的无纺布纤维构成,具有防潮、 透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、可循环再用等特 点。
具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现详细说 明具体实施方案。
用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的具体制造工艺为:
1)准备装饰纤维布,装饰纤维布由定向的或随机的无纺布纤维构成; 装饰纤维布上印刷有各色花纹;
2)装饰纤维布浸渍,制备贴面材料;
制备贴面材料的步骤为:在不饱和聚酯树脂中加入各种助剂,混合均 匀形成树脂糊,所述助剂包含:引发剂、脱模剂、促进剂、偶联剂、交联 单体、苯乙烯;将不饱和聚酯树脂的质量定为100份,则各助剂的质量份 数为:
将上述树脂糊均匀涂覆在装饰纤维布上,装饰纤维布每平米的质量为 60~180克,每平米装饰纤维布上涂覆树脂糊的质量为60~120克;然后 在105~130℃下进行预固化和干燥,使树脂糊的固化程度达到70%~90%, 成为贴面材料;
3)模压;先将SMC片状模塑料投料至模具内,SMC片状模塑料由树 脂基材和分散在树脂基材中的玻璃纤维构成,投料面积为制品正投影面积 75%~95%,再将贴面材料铺设在模具内的SMC片状模塑料上,一体模压 成型;模压过程中型腔在上、型芯在下,防止因SMC片状模塑料流动而 使装饰纤维布拉伸导致装饰花纹变形,避免装饰纤维褶皱;
模压后,SMC片状模塑料作为结构层,贴面材料附着于结构层表面。
其中,不饱和聚酯树脂为间苯树脂或乙烯基树脂;引发剂为过氧化苯 甲酸叔丁酯,或者过氧化2-乙烯己酸叔丁酯,或者过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯/ 过氧化2-乙烯己酸叔丁酯复合引发剂体系,过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯与过氧化 2-乙烯己酸叔丁酯的质量比为(0.7~0.8):(0.3~0.2);促进剂为促进 剂E4;脱模剂为硬脂酸盐或者磷酸酯类;交联单体为三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯 酸酯或者乙二醇二丙烯酸酯;偶联剂为KH-570硅烷偶联剂。
实施例1:
按照如下步骤制备整体浴室彩色装饰板:
1)按照如下配方(质量份数)配置树脂糊:
将上述原料混合均匀制得树脂糊后,再加入10份苯乙烯以调节粘 度,使树脂糊适当稀释。
将上述树脂糊均匀涂覆在具有彩色纹理的装饰纤维布上,树脂糊与 装饰纤维布的质量比大致为1:1.将涂覆了树脂糊的装饰纤维布送入 135℃左右的烘道内进行预固化,确保其固化程度达到80%左右,即制 得模压彩色装饰板用的表面彩色装饰纤维材料;
2)按照如下配方(质量份数)制备SMC片状模塑料
混合均匀制得浆糊料。
通过刮刀,将上述浆糊料均匀涂敷在上、下PE膜上;再通过调 节切割器切割玻璃纤维,控制玻璃纤维的长度和含量;将上、下浆糊 料层相对粘贴,玻璃纤维置于两浆糊料层之间,形成一种上、下均覆 有PE膜的片材,再将片材通过压实机压挤,使其充分浸渍,成型为 片材,然后进行收卷;
将收卷的片材运到增稠室增稠,增稠室的温度设置为45℃,增稠 时间为24小时,得到SMC片状模塑料。
3)模压:将SMC片状模塑料投料至模具内,投料面积为制品正 投影面积75%-95%,再将所述贴面材料铺设在模具内的SMC片状模 塑料上,一体模压成型;一体模压成型过程中型腔在上,型芯在下, 模具型腔和型芯温度分别为:145℃和138℃,模压压力选择40公斤 /平方厘米,成型时间125秒,最终制品的厚度为2毫米。模压完成 后进行修边,整理制品周边飞边毛刺。
获得的成品表面花纹图案清晰度和亮度高。
实施例2:
1)按照如下配方(质量份数)配置树脂糊:
将上述原料混合均匀制得树脂糊后,再加入18份苯乙烯以调节粘 度,使树脂糊适当稀释。
将上述树脂糊均匀涂覆在具有彩色纹理的装饰纤维布上,树脂糊 与装饰纤维布的质量比大致为1:1.将涂覆了树脂糊的装饰纤维布送入 135℃左右的烘道内进行预固化,确保其固化程度达到80%左右,即 制得模压彩色装饰板用的表面彩色装饰纤维材料;
2)按照如下配方(质量份数)制备SMC片状模塑料
将上述原料混合均匀制得浆糊料。

将上述树脂糊均匀涂覆在具有彩色纹理的装饰纤维布上,树脂糊 与装饰纤维布的质量比大致为1:1.将涂覆了树脂糊的装饰纤维布送入 135℃左右的烘道内进行预固化,确保其固化程度达到80%左右,即 制得模压彩色装饰板用的表面彩色装饰纤维材料;
2)按照如下配方(质量份数)制备SMC片状模塑料
将上述原料混合均匀制得浆糊料。
通过刮刀,将上述浆糊料均匀涂敷在上、下PE膜上;再通过调 节切割器切割玻璃纤维,控制玻璃纤维的长度和含量;将上、下浆糊 料层相对粘贴,玻璃纤维置于两浆糊料层之间,形成一种上、下均覆 有PE膜的片材,再将片材通过压实机压挤,使其充分浸渍,成型为 片材,然后进行收卷;

上述实施例的测试结果如表1所示。

通过加入交联单体,使得装饰纤维布与SMC片状模塑料一体压制成 型时,交联单体与SMC中的不饱和聚酯树脂发生反应,增强其结合的牢 固程度,同时通过交联单体的加入,使得装饰纤维表面高亮度更高,产品 表面效果更好。
交联单体加入量为8~20份,如果加入的交联单体低于8份,所得的 制品表面亮度不好,粘结强度不高;如果加入的交联单体高于20份,所 得的贴面材料硬度过高,模压成型过程中容易贴面开裂,导致制品表面裂 纹等不良现象的出现。
通过加入合理比例的引发剂和促进剂,使得装饰纤维的固化程度控制 在需要的范围内,即有利于浸渍装饰纤维的贮存,又有利于浸渍装饰纤维 使用的时候能很好地与SMC片状模塑料一体成型。
促进剂选用E4促进剂,是以异辛酸钴与苯乙烯作为主要原料配置而 成的一种新型促进剂。促进剂纯度高、色泽好、钴含量高,广泛适用于各 种玻璃钢制品、胶衣、人造大理石等。通过促进剂的加入,能增加装饰纤 维布浸渍胶层的固化程度,因为装饰纤维布致密度不如装饰纸,如果固化 程度不够,与SMC片状模塑料一体模压成型时,会使得背面的SMC片材 透过装饰纤维布而到达装饰板表面,覆盖了装饰纤维布表面纹理而出现不 合格产品。
采用装饰纤维布,由定向的或随机的无纺布纤维构成,因纤维构成, 所以叫纤维布,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助 燃、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚酯粒料为 原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。因具有 布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。
无纺布是一种非织造布,直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维 通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整 理形成的无编织的布料。具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品,优 点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,也是增强材料的一种,而且 还有棉质的感觉,由100%纤维组成具多孔性,透气性佳。无毒、无刺激 性:产品采用符合FDA食品级原料生产,不含其他化学成分,性能稳定, 无毒、无异味。抗菌、抗化学药剂:属化学钝性物质,不虫蛀,并能隔离 存在液体内细菌及虫类的侵蚀;抗菌、碱腐蚀、成品不因侵蚀而影响强度。 制品具拔水性,不发霉,并能隔离存在液体内细菌及虫类的侵蚀,不霉蛀。 物性佳。由聚酯纤维等高聚物纺丝直接铺成网热粘结而成,制品强度较一 般短纤产品为佳,强度无方向性,纵横向强度相近。
综上所述,本发明彩色装饰板的制造方法,仅需要经过模压工序就能 生产中表观质量好的用于整体浴室和整体淋浴间的彩色装饰板,工序省、 成本低、工艺控制相对较简单。
需要说明的是:以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式,并非用以限定 本发明的权利范围;同时以上的描述,对于相关技术领域的专门人士应可 明了及实施,因此其它未脱离本发明所揭示的精神下所完成的等效改变或 修饰,均应包含在申请专利范围中。

Claims (11)

1.用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)准备装饰纤维布;
2)装饰纤维布浸渍,制备贴面材料;
制备贴面材料的步骤为:在不饱和聚酯树脂中加入各种助剂,混合均匀形成树脂糊,所述助剂包含:引发剂、脱模剂、促进剂、偶联剂、交联单体、苯乙烯;将不饱和聚酯树脂的质量定为100份,则各助剂的质量份数为:
将上述树脂糊均匀涂覆在装饰纤维布上,然后在105~130℃下进行预固化和干燥,使树脂糊的固化程度达到70%~90%,成为贴面材料;
3)模压;先将SMC片状模塑料投料至模具内,投料面积为制品正投影面积75%~95%,再将贴面材料铺设在模具内的SMC片状模塑料上,一体模压成型;模压过程中型腔在上、型芯在下,防止因SMC片状模塑料流动而使装饰纤维布拉伸导致装饰花纹变形,避免装饰纤维布褶皱;
SMC片状模塑料作为结构层,贴面材料附着于结构层表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述装饰纤维布每平米的质量为60~180克,每平米装饰纤维布上涂覆树脂糊的质量为60~120克。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述装饰纤维布由定向的或随机的无纺布纤维构成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述装饰纤维布上印刷有花纹。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述SMC片状模塑料由树脂基材和分散在树脂基材中的玻璃纤维构成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述不饱和聚酯树脂为间苯树脂或乙烯基树脂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述引发剂为过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯,或者过氧化2-乙烯己酸叔丁酯,或者过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯/过氧化2-乙烯己酸叔丁酯复合引发剂体系,过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯与过氧化2-乙烯己酸叔丁酯的质量比为(0.7~0.8):(0.3~0.2)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述促进剂为促进剂E4。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述脱模剂为硬脂酸盐或者磷酸酯类。
10.根据权利要求1所述的用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述交联单体为三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯或者乙二醇二丙烯酸酯。
11.根据权利要求1所述的用于整体浴室的彩色装饰板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为KH-570硅烷偶联剂。
