Claims (1)

  1. 고탄성포리우레탄스폰지(2)면에 원단(3)을 접착하여 금형의 규격과 1:1로 재단물을 열전도가 양호한 알루미늄 금형에 넣고 금형을 200℃∼210℃의 고열프레스에 의하여 15M/T의 저압으로 1분간 열을 가한 후 재단물을 5-7℃의 저온프레스에 의하여 20M/T의 압으로 1분간 급냉각시시켜 성형함을 특징으로 하는 고탄성포리우레탄스폰지제를 이용한 신발안창의 제조방법.
