제2도는 종래 발명에 의한 인조피혁의 평면 셀(cell)구조 100배 확대도.

Claims (3)

  1. 은층형 스웨드 인조피혁의 제조에 있어서, 1)이형재위에 정제된 습식용 폴리우리탄 수지와 배합된 화합물을 적당량 도포하고 응고시켜 은충을 형성시킨후, 2)형성된 은층위에 1)항의 화합물을 2차로 도포한후 B/C를 첨합하고 응고, 수세, 건조시킨후 이형제를 박리하며, 3)별도의 첨합재위에 1액형 폴리우리탄 건식용 수지와 배합된 화합물을 적당량 도포하고 약 80%정도 건조시킨 다음 2)에서 형성된 제품의 은층쪽을 일정한 압력을 가하여 첨합시킨 다음 상온으로 냉각시켜 첨합재를 제거함을 특징으로 하는 은층형 스웨드 인조 피혁의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 은층 형성용 화합물의 점도는 2,000~4,000cps이고 첨합재위에 도포되는 화합물의 점도는 2,000~3,000cps임을 특징으로 하는 은층형 스웨드 인조 피혁의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 은층 형성용 화합물 도포후 응고조에 침적시켜 은층 생성시에 응고조내의 D.N.F. 농도를 5%이하로 조절함을 특징으로 하는 은층 형성용 스웨드 인조 피혁의 제조방법.
