Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO DE óLEO/GORDURA". Composição de óleo/gordura compreendendo de 5 a 99, 9-6 em peso de um monoglicerídeo possuindo, como seus constituintes ácidos graxos, de 15 a 90% de um ácido graxo <sym>3-insaturado possuindo menos de 20 átomos de carbono, de 1 a 80% em peso de um ácido graxo <sym>9-insaturado, e de 2 a 50% em peso de um ácido graxo <sym>6-insaturado; e de 0,1 a 49,9% em peso de um diglicerídeo, onde a relação em peso do diglicerídeo para o monoglicerídeo é menor que 1 e o teor de um ácido graxo poli-insaturado possuindo pelo menos 4 duplas ligações carbono-carbono é de 20% ou menos da totalidade dos constituintes ácidos graxos. A composição de óleo/gordura de acordo com a presente invenção possui excelentes propriedades, paladar agradável e excelente atividade capaz de rebaixar os níveis de transaminase glutâmica oxaloacética (GOT) e de transaminase glutâmica pirúvica (GPT) no sangue. Ela é útil não apenas para uso farmacêutico, mas também para alimentos ou rações preventivos ou remediais eficazes para as perturbações da função hepática ou obesidade.
