Abstract

"REVESTIMENTO DE BARREIRA". A presente invenção refere-se notadamente a um revestimento de barreira aos gases depositado sobre um substrato polímero por plasma à baixa pressão, caracterizado pelo fato de comportar uma camada de barreira à base de óxido de silício que é recoberta de uma camada protetora de carbono amorfo hidrogenado.
