"COMPOSIçãO DE ELETRIPTANO EM PARTìCULAS". A composição proporcina uma composição farmacêutica na forma de partículas, adequada para administração oral, incluindo um núcleo contendo eletriptano ou um seu sal fermaceuticamente aceitável, um núcleo revestido com um revestimento permeável, insolúvel em água, incluindo um ou mais copolímero(s) acrílico(s) contendo grupos metilmetacrilato de trimetilamónio, sendo esta composição capaz de atingir um padrão sigmoidal de liberação controlada de droga. Esta composição farmacêutica é particularmente adequada na prevenção da enxaqueca recorrente.
