Abstract

"PARTìCULAS MìNIMAS DE DIAMANTE CRISTALINO úNICO E MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DAS MESMAS". Refere-se o presente pedido a uma massa de partículas mínimas de diamante cristalino único e método para a produção das mesmas são fornecidos para uso como abrasivo em mecanismos de precisão. Tais partículas são preparadas pela produção de diamantes cristalinos únicos sob compressão por pressão estática ultraleve, pulverização por trituração em diminutas partículas e dimensionamento de alta precisão. A massa é caracterizada pelos seguintes parâmetros de dimensionamento: um tamanho D50 de 20 nm ou menos e uma relação dos tamanhos D10 e D90 relativa ao tamanho D50 sendo 50% ou mais e 200% ou menos, respectivamente. A massa, usada como material abrasivo, e eficaz para a combinação de vários trabalhos, incluindo materiais duros comuns e corpos compostos de diferentes componentes duros e, particularmente, maquinaria de ultra-alta precisão, com baixos valores de PTR.
