Abstract

"SISTEMA PARA DETERMINAR CARACTERìSTICAS DE PRODUTOS DE DIMENSõES GERALMENTE DESIGUAIS". A presente invenção trata de um sistema para determinar características de produtos de dimensões geralmente desiguais, p.ex., maçãs, que são conduzidas sobre elementos portadores de produto, tais como os roletes de um aparelho transportador, e passam pelo sistema, o sistema compreendendo um dispositivo de detecção, disposto a determinada distância dos produtos, tendo uma seção transmissora e uma seção receptora, assim como uma unidade processador de sinais para processar sinais para e do sistema., inclusive os sinais da seção receptora para determinar as características, o sistema ainda compreendendo: um sensor que, antes da passagem de um produto, explora a dimensão de cada produto passante e produz um correspondente sinal de exploração, e um dispositivo de deslocamento, para posicionar, de acordo com cada sinal de exploração, pelo menos a seção receptora do dispositivo de detecção a uma distância bem definida durante a passagem de cada produto. Com um sistema deste tipo, de uma maneira vantajosa, em linha, características tais como firmeza e teor de açúcar de frutos podem ser determinadas. Estes características podem ser usadas em tempo real como um critério de seleção durante a classificação de grandes quantidades de frutos.
