Abstract

"SISTEMA SENSOR E PROCESSO DE MONITORAçãO PARA CORREIA TRANSPORTADORA". Trata-se de uma correia transportadora inclui uma pluralidade de chips de transponder de identificação embutidos na correia em intervalos espaçados. Pelo menos um circuito condutor é embutido adjacente a, e em uma relação de acoplamento magnético com, cada chip de transponder. O chip inclui um sinal de identificação no seu respectivo circuito conduto, que é detectado por uma cabeça detectora e é remitido reciprocamente pelo conjunto de circuitos de controle a um circuito e uma localização específicos na correia. Uma segunda cabeça detectora pode ser montada e acoplada ao circuito, para monitorar a integridade do circuito, por detecção ou falha em detectar o sinal de identificação responsivo de cada transdutor. Os elementos do transdutor embutidos podem ser ainda utilizados para monitoramento da taxa de desgaste e identificação das localizações exatas na correia.
