Abstract

CONJUNTO DE PLACAS INTERRUPTORAS PARA PRODUZIR FIBRAS BICOMPONENTES FUNDIDAS A SOPRO EM UM APARELHO DE FUNDIçãO A SOPRO". Um conjunto de cabeçote de molde para produzir fibras bicomponentes fundidas a sopro em um aparelho de fundição a sopro inclui um bico do molde montado de modo destacável em um lado inferior de um elemento de suporte. O bico do molde tendo uma fileira de canais que o atravessam e que terminam em orifícios de saída ao longo de uma borda inferior do bico. Os canais recebem e combinam os primeiro e segundo polímeros transportados a partir do elemento de suporte. Um, rebaixo é definido ao longo da superfície superior do bico e define uma câmara superior para cada um dos canais do bico do molde. Diversas placas interruptoras são suportadas de modo removível no rebaixo em uma configuração empilhada. Uma placa superior das placas interruptoras tem orifícios de recepção definidos na mesma para receber separadamente os polímeros provenientes das passagens de alimentação do elemento de suporte. As restantes placas interruptoras têm orifícios que as atravessam configurados para dividir os polimeros para dentro de correntes separadas de polimeros e para orientar as correntes de polímeros para dentro dos canais do bico do molde, o número de correntes de polímeros correspondendo ao número de orifícios na placa interruptora mais inferior. As correntes de polímeros combinam-se nos canais antes de serem extrusadas a partir dos orifícios como fibras bicomponentes de polímeras.
