Claims (10)
- 上面(11)に供給通路(8)を有し、下面(10)に少なくとも1列の相並んで配置されたノズル孔(9)を有する長いノズルプレート(2)であって、前記ノズル孔(9)は前記供給通路(8)に接続されている、ノズルプレート(2)と、
前記供給通路(8)に向けられた少なくとも1つの分配室(5)および該分配室(5)に接続された溶融物流入部(4)を有する、前記ノズルプレート(2)の前記上面(11)に配置された分配プレート(1)とを備えていて、
前記分配プレート(1)の前記分配室(5)と、前記ノズルプレート(2)の前記供給通路(8)との間に、複数の貫通孔(17)を有する孔付きプレート(13)が配置されている、ポリマ溶融物から繊維を形成する紡糸ノズル積層体において、
前記貫通孔(17)は、前記孔付きプレート(13)内で複数の孔群(18.1,18.2)に分けられていて、
前記孔群のうちの少なくとも2つの孔群(18.1,18.2)に設けられた前記貫通孔(17)は、前記孔付きプレート(13)内で中心垂線に対して互いに異なる傾斜角(α,β)を有していて、前記孔群(18.1,18.2)の貫通孔(17)は、少なくとも部分的に、孔付きプレート(13)内で互いに対して間隔を空けて交差することを特徴とする、ポリマ溶融物から繊維を形成する紡糸ノズル積層体。 - 前記孔付きプレート(13)内の前記傾斜した貫通孔(17)は、隣接する2つの孔列(19.1,19.2)により形成されており、該孔列(19.1,19.2)は、前記ノズル孔(9)の前記列に対して平行に延びている、請求項1記載の紡糸ノズル積層体。
- 前記孔付きプレート(13)内の前記傾斜した貫通孔(17)は、隣接する2つの分配平面(20.1,20.2)に配置されており、該分配平面は、前記ノズル孔(9)の前記列に対して平行に延びている、請求項1または2記載の紡糸ノズル積層体。
- 前記孔付きプレート(13)は、複数の孔群(18.1,18.2,18.3,18.4)を備えた2つの孔列(19.1,19.2)を有し、前記孔列(19.1,19.2)のうちの1つの孔列内に設けられた前記孔群(18.1,18.2,18.3,18.4)の貫通孔(17)は、前記孔付きプレート(13)の、前記孔列(19.1,19.2)に対して垂直に延びるプレート中心面(21)に対して鏡像対称的に形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか記載の紡糸ノズル積層体。
- 前記孔群(18.1,18.2,18.3,18.4)のうちの1つの孔群に設けられた前記貫通孔(17)は、前記孔付きプレート(13)内でそれぞれ同一の大きさの傾斜角(α,β)を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の紡糸ノズル積層体。
- 前記孔群(18.1,18.2,18.3,18.4)のうちの1つの孔群に設けられた前記貫通孔(17)は、前記孔付きプレート(13)内でそれぞれ同一でない大きさの傾斜角(α,β)を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の紡糸ノズル積層体。
- 前記貫通孔の前記傾斜角(α,β)は、0°〜60°および/または0°〜−60°の角度範囲にある、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の紡糸ノズル積層体。
- 前記分配プレート(1)は、相並んで形成された複数の分配室(5.1,5.2)を有し、該分配室(5.1,5.2)には、複数の前記孔群(18.1,18.2,18.3,18.4)を備えた1つまたは複数の前記孔付きプレート(13)が対応配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の紡糸ノズル積層体。
- 前記孔付きプレート(13)は、前記ノズルプレート(2)の前記上面(11)において前記供給通路(8)に対して対称的に形成された凹部(12)内に保持されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の紡糸ノズル積層体。
- 前記ノズルプレート(2)の前記下面(10)には流出プレート(3)が配置されており、前記ノズルプレート(2)と前記流出プレート(3)との間に、対峙する2つの空気ノズル通路(16.1,16.2)が形成されており、該空気ノズル通路(16.1,16.2)は、その流出開口で前記ノズル孔(9)に対応配置されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の紡糸ノズル積層体。
