Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"APARELHO DE MOLDAGEM POR COMPRESSãO DE MULTIVIAS"<D>. Aparelho (20) distribui múltiplos péletes de plásticos em cavidades para moldagem por compressão dos péletes em fechamentos de garrafas ou revestimentos de fechamentos de garrafas. O aparelho é proporcionado para distribuir péletes de plásticos fundido de um suprimento de plástico fundido para uma pluralidade de blocos de moldagem (32), cada bloco de moldagem tendo uma fileira de cavidades (30). Os blocos de moldagem (32) são transportados em um carrossel giratório (26). O aparelho inclui um multicortador giratório (40) com uma pluralidade de lâminas de cortadores (40a - 40d) e um bloco de tubulações que recebe o plástico fundido extrudado e distribui o plástico fundido para uma pluralidade de bocais (38a - 38d), cada bocal alinhado com uma ou mais das lâminas de cortadores. As lâminas de cortadores removem um fileira de péletes de plástico do plástico fundido nos bocais e distribuem os péletes de plástico em uma fileira de cavidades (30) de um bloco de moldagem (32).
