Abstract

"MáQUINA PARA FORMAR TAMPAS POR MOLDAGEM POR COMPRESSãO". E divulgada uma máquina para formar tampas por moldagem por compressão que compreende: um primeiro carrossel (1) que gira em torno de um eixo central (2) e provido perifericamente com uma pluralidade de unidades de moldagem por compressão (3) montadas eq³idistantes umas das outras e a partir do eixo de rotação; um segundo carrossel (4) que gira em torno de um eixo central paralelo ao do primeiro carrossel e provido perifericamente com meio (42) para alimentar a carga de material a ser moldado nas cavidades da matriz (320) do primeiro carrossel, e meio para coletar as tampas moldadas abandonadas dos punções do primeiro carrossel; um possível terceiro carrossel (5) provido perifericamente com meio para guiar e transferir as tampas abandonadas pelo segundo carrossel; pelo menos um segundo carrossel adicional (4) associado tanto com o respectivo meio para alimentar o material a ser moldado como com um possível terceiro carrossel adicional (5), de maneira a formar um sistema que tem pelo menos dois carrosséis (4) distribuídos angularmente eq³idistantes externos ao primeiro carrossel (1), de maneira tal que cada molde implemente pelo menos dois ciclos de formação para cada revolução do carrossel, os dois ciclos sendo realizados ao longo de arcos de deslocamento do primeiro carrossel que são pelo menos parcialmente sobrepostos.
