Abstract
"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM MEDIDOR DE FLUXO CORIOLIS FORMADO PRIMARIAMENTE DE PLáSTICO". Trata-se de um aparelho e de um método para fabricar um medidor de fluxo Coriolis feito primariamente de plástico. O medidor de fluxo Coriolis da invenção faz uso extensivo de plástico e da moldagem por injeção. Todas as modalidades (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600) possuem uma estrutura dinamicamente ativa incluindo pelo menos um tubo de fluxo (101, 102, 201, 301, 401, 555, 601, 601) que é formado de plástico pelo uso da moldagem por injeção. Outras modalidades incluem a barra de equilíbrio (202, 302, 402), as flanges de plástico (104, 412, 501, 609, 611) e/ou um estojo de plástico (103, 403) e/ou barras de fixação de plástico (110, 210, 310, 405, 520, 521), e/ou bobinas de plástico para as coletas (LPO, RPO) e um acionador (D), e/ou superficies de montagem de plástico (435, 436, 437) em uma barra de equilíbrio ou tubo de fluxo para montagem das bobinas de plástico das coletas e do acionador. O processo de moldagem por injeção utilizado para fabricar o medidor de fluxo Coriolis em questão inclui as etapas de formar um núcleo do caminho do fluxo de material (706), colocar o núcleo do caminho do fluxo de material formado dentro de um molde do envoltório (900) possuindo uma cavidade (928, 929) cujas superfícies definem a superfície exterior da estrutura do medidor de fluxo Coriolis de plástico a ser formada, injetar metal de baixa temperatura ou material solúvel dentro da cavidade do molde do envoltório, remover a estrutura do medidor de fluxo Coriolis de plástico do molde do envoltório e remover o núcleo do caminho do fluxo de material do medidor de fluxo Coriolis de plástico por derreter o núcleo de metal de baixa temperatura ou por dissolver o material solúvel utilizando água quente.
