Abstract
Un caudalímetro de Coriolis y método de fabricacion de la estructura del caudalímetro de plástico, preferentemente utilizando moldeo por inyeccion. Todaslas realizaciones (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600) tienen una estructura activa dinámicamente que i ncluye por lo menos un tubo de flujo (101, 102, 201, 301, 401,555, 601, 602) que está formada con plástico mediante la utilizacion de moldeo por inyeccion. Otras realizaciones incluyen una barra de compensacion (202, 302,402), bridas plásticas (104, 412, 501, 609, 611) y/o una carcaza plástica (103, 403), y/o barras de anclaje plásticas (110, 210, 310, 405, 520, 521), y/ocarretes plásticos para transductores (TRI, TRD) y un excitador (E), y/o superficies de montaje plásticas (435, 436, 437) en l a barra de compensacion o el tubode flujo para montar los carretes plásticos de los transductores y un excitador. El procedimeinto de moldeo por inyeccion para fabricar la estructura delcaudalímetro de Coriolis incluye las etapas de formar un macho d e trayectoria de flujo de material (706) utilizando un molde de macho (702), colocar el moldede la trayectoria de flujo de material formado dentro de un molde envolvente (900) que tiene una cavidad (928, 929) cuyas superficies definen la superficieex terior de la estructura plástica de caudalímetro de Coriolis a ser formada, inyectar metal de baja temperatura de fusion o material soluble dentro de lacavidad del molde envolvente, retirar la estructura plástica de caudalímetro de Coriolis del molde envolvente, y retirar el macho de trayectoria de flujo dematerial del caudalímetro de Coriolis plástico fusionando el macho de metal de baja temperatura de fusion o disolviendo el material soluble utilizando aguacaliente.
