Abstract

"CATALISADOR MOLDADO, PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE CATALISADOR MOLDADO E PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE COMPOSTO DE OXIRANO". Um catalisador moldado por óxido de silício contendo titânio satisfazendo todas as seguintes condições (1) a (4): (1) um diâmetro de poro médio é de 10 <143> ou mais, (2) 90% ou mais do volume de poro inteiro têm um diâmetro de poro de 5 a 200 <143>. (3) um volume de poro específico é de 0,2 cm^ 3^ / g ou mais, e (4) ele é obtido empregando-se, como um padrão, um íon de amónio quaternário da seguinte fórmula geral (I) ou uma amina da seguinte fórmula geral (II), em seguida, removendo o padrão. [NR^ 1^R^ 2^R^ 3^R^ 4^]^ +^ (I) (na fórmula (I), R^ 1^ representa um grupo de hidrocarboneto linear ou ramificado tendo 2 a 36 átomos de carbono, e R^ 2^ a R^ 4^ representam um grupo alquila tendo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono). NR^ 5^R^ 6^R^ 7^ (II) (na fórmula (II), R^ 5^ representa um grupo de hidrocarboneto linear ou ramificado tendo de 2 a 36 átomos de carbono, e R^ 6^ e R^ 7^ representa hidrogênio ou um grupo alquila tendo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono).
