Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A UNIãO DE TUBOS DE AçO A NERVURAS DE ALUMìNIO". No processo para a união de tubos de aço a nervuras de alumínio é aplicada, primeiramente, sobre as superfícies dos tubos de aço ou das nervuras de alumínio uma camada de uma liga zinco-alumínio com um componente de alumínio de 0,5%-20% e, depois disso, antes ou por ocasião do contato mecânico das nervuras de alumínio com os tubos de aço é introduzido entre os tubos de aço e as nervuras de alumínio, a temperatura ambiente, um fundente em forma de tetrafluoreto de alumínio de césio. Em seguida, os tubos de aço dotados das nervuras de alumínio são aquecidos em um forno a uma temperatura de solda entre 370<198>C e 470<198>C e, por fim, expostos para o resfriamento a temperatura ambiente.
