Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un metodo para ensamblar tubos de acero con aletas de aluminio. De acuerdo con este metodo, una capa de aleacion zinc- aluminio se aplica a las superficies de tubos de acero o las aletas de aluminio, esta aleacion teniendo un contenido de aluminio de 0.5% a 20%, y luego un fundente en la forma de tetrafluoruro de cesio-aluminio se introduce entre los tubos de acero y las aletas de aluminio a temperatura ambiente antes o durante el contacto mecanico de las aletas de aluminio con los tubos de acero. Los tubos de acero provistos con las aletas de aluminio entonces se calientan en un horno a una temperatura de soldeo de entre 370¦C y 470¦C y luego se someten a temperatura ambiente para enfriar.
