Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A PRODUçãO DE PEçAS A SEREM TRABALHADAS". Para a fabricação de peças a serem trabalhadas ou para a fabricação completa de componentes complexos é prevista pelo menos uma, de preferência são previstas duas máquinas-ferramentas (1, 2) que possuem respectivamente um corpo básico (3, 4) e unidades de máquina (7, 8) dispostas de modo deslocável em direção horizontal sobre os mesmos. Cada unidade de máquina possui um eixo mestre (13, 14) que é fixado em um suporte (11, 12) realizado tipo eixo de manivela de modo deslocável em direção do eixo. O suporte é apoiado de modo girável e retém cada eixo mestre sobre um respectivo sistema de transporte (31, 32) para uma peça a ser trabalhada ou os componentes (37, 38). Na área de funcionamento de uma destas máquinas-ferramentas são previstos dispositivos de processamento, por exemplo, na forma de um suporte de ferramenta (44) para ferramentas de tornear, furar e/ou fresar, um dispositivo de solda a laser (46), um dispositivo de esmerilhar (47) e um dispositivo de escovar (48) e um dispositivo para juntar.
