Abstract

"MECANISMO DE TRANSMISSãO". Onde uma projeção de encaixe encaixa em um recesso de encaixe para interligar uma polia e um elemento de recepção de modo que energia mecânica seja transmitida. O recesso de encaixe deforma-se em relação à polia e ao elemento de recepção. Durante a transmissão de energia entre a polia e o elemento de recepção, um elemento elástico permite que o recesso de encaixe se deforme assim habilitando a polia a girar relativamente ao elemento de recepção dentro de um intervalo angular predeterminado. Neste estado, a projeção de encaixe, normalmente, entesta contra uma superfície de deslizamento em uma posição neutra e a posição de contato da projeção de encaixe e o recesso de encaixe afastam-se da posição neutra de acordo com o aumento da carga no elemento de recepção. A medida que a posição de contato afasta-se da posição neutra, o ângulo de inclinação da superfície de deslizamento em relação à direção circunferencial dos corpos girantes gradualmente aumenta.
