Abstract

"MéTODO DE IMPRESSãO POR TRANSFERêNCIA POR PRESSãO DE LìQUIDO PARA ARO DE VOLANTE DE DIREçãO DE AUTOMóVEL". Um método para impressão por transferência por pressão de líquido paxa um aro de volante de direção de um automóvel é conseguido mediante a imersão do aro de volante de direção durante um tempo predeterminado até uma linha limite de uma primeira parte de impressão por transferência sem anexar um componente-máscara adicional ao outro lado da superfície do aro de volante de direção oposto à primeira parte de impressão por transferência após flutuar a película de impressão por transferência sobre líquido (uma primeira etapa da impressão por transferência), dando uma meia secagem à camada de álcool polivinílico coberta sobre a primeira parte de impressão por transferência do aro de volante de direção na primeira etapa de impressão por transferência, por um tempo predeterminado e a uma taxa predeterminada (uma etapa de meia secagem), quando a camada de álcool polivinílico no lado no lado externo da primeira superfície de impressão por transferência na etapa de meia secagem é secada em estado gel, basculando o aro de volante de direção e baixando o outro lado da superfície para ser impressa por transferência sobre a linha divisória por um tempo predeterminado (uma segunda etapa da impressão por transferência), e enxaguando o aro de volante de direção possuindo a totalidade de sua superfície completamente impressa por transferência em solução por um tempo predeterminado e limpando as camadas externas de álcool polivinílico das primeira e segunda superfícies de impressão por transferência mediante injeção da solução na superfície do aro do volante de direção por um tempo predeterminado (uma etapa de limpeza completa da superfície). Assim, pluralidade de etapas subseq³entes minimiza a quantidade de rejeito aquoso gerado de modo que a poluição ambiental pode ser reduzida.
