Abstract

"CORREIA DE TRANSMISSãO DE FORçA". Correia sem fim de transmissão de força com um único sulco em V com: (A) uma seção de tensão; (B) uma seção de amortecimento; e (C) uma seção de suporte de carga localizada entre a seção de tensão e a seção de amortecimento; e, a correia contendo uma composição elastomérica curada com enxofre compreendendo: (1) 100 partes de uma borracha derivada de: (a) 25 a 100 partes em peso de borracha natural; (b) O a 75 partes em peso de uma segunda borracha, selecionada no grupo que consiste em policloropreno, poliisopreno sintético, epicloridrina, borracha acrilonitrílica, borracha acrilonitrílica hidrogenada, borracha de estireno-butadieno, borracha de estireno-isopreno, borracha de isopreno-butadieno, borracha de estireno-isopreno-butadieno, 1,4-trans-polibutadieno, polietileno clorossulfonado, polietileno clorossulfonado alquilado, trans-polioctenâmero e suas misturas; (2) de 1 a 30 partes em peso por 100 partes em peso de borracha total (ppc) de um produto de adição de polibutadieno e anidrido de ácido maléico; e (3) de 5 a 50 ppc de fibras distribuídas por toda a composição elastomérica.
