Abstract

본 발명은 경화된 상태로 폴리아미드에 대해 탁월한 접착성을 나타내는 신규한 배합된 경화성 할로중합체를 제공한다.
경화성 할로중합체는 바람직하게 사이클로헥실 벤조티아졸 설펜아미드 또는 관련된 벤조티아졸 설펜아미드의 사용과 함께 활석에 대한 카본 블랙의 균형에 기인한 우수한 접착력을 성취한다.
본 발명은 특수 호스 및 벨트의 제조에 대단히 바람직하다.

Claims (9)

  1. 가교결합제로서의 비스-디에노필, 알칼리 및/또는 알칼리 토산화물, 과산화물 또는 황 경화제, 약 25 내지 약 70부의 카본 블랙 및 약 8 내지 약70부의 활석과 배합된 할로중합체 100부를 특징으로 하는, 경화된 상태로 폴리아미드에 대해 개선된 접착성을 나타낼수 있는 할로중합체의 경화성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제가 N-사이클로헥실-2-벤조티아졸 설펜아미드인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 할로중합체가 클로로부틸 고무인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카본 블랙이 약 35 내지 약 55부이고, 상기 활석이 약 30 내지 약55부인 조성물.
  5. 비스-디에노필, 알칼리 및 알칼리 토산화물 및 이들의 혼합물군중에서 선택된 할로겐 중화제, 과산화물 또는 황 경화제 및 할로중합체 100부를 기준으로 배합된, 약 25 내지 약70부의 카본 블랙 및 약 8 내지 약70부의 활석 충전제를 함유하는 경화된 할로중합체 층으로 피복된 폴리아미드 내부 코어를 특징으로 하는 호스.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 할로중합체 층이 강화부재 또는 강화층 및 또다른 고무 덮개층으로 피복된 호스.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 경화된 할로중합체가 브로모부틸 고무인 호스.
  8. 벨트의 일부로서 제작된 제1항의 경화성 조성물.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 카본 블랙이 약 35 내지 약 55부이고, 상기 활석이 약 30 내지 약 55부인 호스.
