Abstract

"MOTOR HIDRáULICO TENDO CAPACIDADE DE MúLTIPLAS RELAçõES DE VELOCIDADE". Um motor gerotor de múltiplas relações de velocidade tendo primeiro (13) e segundo (19) conjuntos de engrenagens de gerotor como os mecanismos de deslocamento, e um membro de válvula de comutação (43) do tipo bem conhecido. Em uma configuração (figs. 1-5) é provida uma seção de válvula seletora (15) disposta entre o primeiro e segundo conjuntos de engrenagens de gerotor, e em um modo de baixa velocidade (fig. 5A), fluido escoa a partir do membro de válvula de comutação (43) através das primeiras câmaras de volume (39), então pela seção de válvula seletora, então através das segundas câmaras de volume (66). Em um modo de alta velocidade (fig. 5B), o escoamento para fora das primeiras câmaras de volume (39) é bloqueado pela seção de válvula seletora (15), e fluido nas segundas câmaras de volume (66) escoa através da seção de válvula seletora para a região de dreno de carcaça (106). Em um modo de roda livre (fig. 5C), ambas primeiras e segundas câmaras de volume estão abertas para o dreno de carcaça. Em uma outra configuração (fig. 6), a seção de válvula seletora (15) é disposta entre o membro de válvula de comutação (43) e o primeiro conjunto de engrenagens de gerotor (13), e pode permitir, ou bloquear, comunicação fluida para qualquer conjunto de engrenagens de gerotor separadamente, provendo portanto capacidade de três velocidades. Em qualquer configuração, as relações de velocidades relativas que podem ser conseguidas são determinadas pelas extensões axiais relativas dos dois conjuntos de engrenagens de gerotor, provendo assim flexibilidade muito maior na escolha de relações de velocidade.
