Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "CORPO MODELADO POR ZEóLITO, CORPO INTERMEDIáRIO DE ZEóLITO, COMPóSITO EM CAMADAS DE ZEóLITO E MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DOS MESMOS". Um corpo modelado por zeólito de um zeólito é caracterizado pelo fato de que o corpo modelado por zeólito poroso é formado de um zeólito completamente cristalizado ou um zeólito ainda sob cristalização e composto de íon tetrapropilamónio (TPA) e solução de sílica em uma relação de mistura (TPA/SiO~ 2~) de 0,015 a 0,08 em mol: um corpo modelado por zeólito tem um diâmetro particular médio de 1,0 <109>m ou maior, uma resistência de curvatura de 1,5 MPa ou maior, e uma diferença em pressão entre uma alimentação lateral e uma permeação lateral de 1,0 de pressão atmosférica ou inferior a 10 ml/cm^ 2^. minuto de quantidade de permeação de gás hélio quando uma espessura do corpo modelado por zeólito poroso é ajustada para ser 1,8 mm: e um corpo modelado por zeólito tem 70% ou mais da área das partes (e partes íntegras) nas quais respectivas partículas são claramente observadas por fratura de divisão de grão entre partículas compondo o corpo modelado na área inteira da superfície fraturada em observação da micro estrutura da superfície fraturada do próprio corpo modelado,
