Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "SISTEMA DE LUBRIFICAçãO PARAMOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". Uma passagem de óleo,que se estende a partir de uma bomba de óleo para uma porta dedescarga em um motor de combustão interna é, em seu pontomédio, ramificada para pelo menos duas passagens de óleo, porexemplo, uma primeira passagem de óleo 44 e uma segundapassagem de óleo 45; e uma das pelo menos duas passagens deóleo ramificadas, por exemplo, a segunda passagem de óleo 45, éprovida com uma porção de restrição, configurada como umprimeiro orifício 83, para restringir uma quantidade de fluxo de óleo,reduzindo um diâmetro do primeiro orifício 83, e uma válvula debaypass 92, a qual atua, quando uma pressão hidráulica nasegunda passagem de óleo 45 exceder a um valor específico,para se desviar do primeiro orifício 83, de modo a aumentar avazão de óleo. é possível aumentar a pressão hidráulica, nomomento de uma rotação à baixa velocidade, até uma pressãonecessária, apenas provendo-se a porção de restrição, sem seaumentar a performance da bomba de óleo. Assim sendo, épossível suprimir o aumento de peso e custo do sistema delubrificação, se comparado com o sistema de lubrificação datécnica anterior, no qual a performance da bomba de óleo éaumentada e, uma vez que não é requerido aumentar a velocidadede rotação da bomba de óleo, é possível impedir a perda na saídado motor de combustão interna, devido ao atrito aumentado dabomba de óleo. Ainda, é possível impedir um aumento em excessoda pressão na passagem de óleo por meio do efeito da válvula debaypass.
