A invenção refere-se a um susceptor, para usocomo um suporte para o aquecimento de uma massa plana comguarnição em um forno de microondas, que compreende umaplaca metalizada, caracterizado pelo fato de a placa compreenderuma pluralidade de aberturas que formam áreas permeáveis a gáse à energia de microondas, as quais são dispostas de modouniforme ou aleatório na área periférica da placa; com cada umadas aberturas tendo uma dimensão transversal de pelo menos 5mm.
