"PROCESSO E INSTALAçãO PARA DESCASCAMENTO QUENTE DE SOJA". A invenção refere-se a um processo para descascamento quente de soja e outros frutos feijões e para subseq³ente trituração dos mesmos, assim como a uma correspondente instalação. O objetivo da invenção é simplificar o processo e desenho da instalação. Para este fim, os frutos são aquecidos / condicionados, triturados - duplo, individualizados sobre uma placa defletora (6) e as cascas são removidas (7).
