Abstract

"INSTALAçãO DE MONTAGEM DE COMPONENTE DE VEìCULO, INSTALAçãO DE ESPAçADOR DE MONTAGEM, E, PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE UMA INSTALAçãO DE ESPAçADOR DE MONTAGEM". A invenção se refere a uma instalação (10) para montagem de um componente de veículo em um membro de chassi de veículo. Uma instalação de espaçador de montagem (16) tem estruturas externa e interna de espaçador de montagem (18, 20) e uma pluralidade de fixadores alongados paralelos (26). O espaçador de montagem externo (18) se estende através de uma abertura no membro de chassi de veículo e a porção periférica exterior, central, é soldada no membro de chassi. A estrutura interna de espaçador de montagem (20) é segura dentro da estrutura externa de espaçador de montagem (18) em uma condição isenta de rangido. A pluralidade de fixadores alongados paralelos (26) tem, cada um, uma haste (28) que é configurada em uma extremidade para acoplar o componente de veículo e tem uma cabeça (32) na extremidade oposta.
