Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO DE CATALISADOR, COMPOSIçãO DE CATALISADOR, E, PROCESSO PARA O CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO DE UMA CARGA DE ALIMENTAçãO DE HIDROCARBONETOS". A invenção atual é direcionada para uma composição de catalisador para FCC que tem alta eficiência na produção de olefinas leves ao mesmo tempo mantendo a conversão dos produtos de fundo. A referida composição de catalisador é preparada por: a) ativação ex situ de um zeólito seletivo de olefina com pelo menos 10% em peso de um composto contendo fósforo, calculado COMO P~ 2~O~ 5~ com base na quantidade total de zeólito seletivo de olefinas; b) combinando-se o zeólito seletivo de olefina ativado com 10 - 40% em peso do componente catalítico de craqueamento, aglutinante,e 0-25% em peso de sílica em uma suspensão, de tal forma que a quantidade total de alumina amorfa presente na composição final de catalisador é de pelo menos 10% em peso, e c)secando-se por pulverização a suspensão para formar partículas de catalisador.
