Abstract
"<UM>PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA PRODUZIR TIRA DE AçO<MV>". Um fundidor de cilindros gêmeos (11) produz tira de aço fina (12) que passa em um percurso de trânsito (10) através da mesa guia (13) para uma gaiola de cilindros puxadores (14). Depois da saída da gaiola de cilindros puxadores (14), a tira passa através de um trem de laminação (15) que compreende duas gaiolas de cilindros (16) em que ela é laminada a quente para reduzir a sua espessura. A tira laminada passa para a mesa de saída (17) na qual ela pode ser submetida a refrigeração forçada por meio de jatos de água (18). A tira já laminada é então desincrustada em um desincrustador (19) que compreende bocais de jato de água superior e inferior (61, 62) que removem a carepa das superfícies superior e inferior da tira. A tira desincrustada passa através de uma gaiola de cilindros puxadores (20) para uma enroladeira (50).
