Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR DESCARGA DE PIGMENTO". A presente invenção fornece um processo para a produção contínua de descarga de pigmento e um aparelho para executar o processo. No processo da invenção, a torta prensada do pigmento é primeiramente fluidificado. A torta prensada fluidificado e um meio orgânico líquido hidrofóbico são alimentados em um extrusor de parafuso duplo. O amassamento do meio orgânico e da torta prensada entre os parafusos duplos descarrega o pigmento para dentro do meio orgânico. A fase de água e a fase de pigmento descarregado são separadas removendo pelo menos um parte da fase de água através de uma ventilação no extrusor. Um impedimento ao fluxo de material a jusante da ventilação de água faz com que a descarga se acumule na seção ventilada por um período de tempo suficiente para remover a quantidade desejada da fase de água. A descarga se desloca sobre o impedimento e passa a jusante para aonde um vácuo é aplicado para remover a água residual da descarga. A descarga pode ser ainda combinada com outros ingredientes de tinta para formar um produto de tinta.
