Abstract

A találmány rendelkezésre bocsát egy eljárást pigmentöblítményekfolyamatos előállítására és egy berendezést az eljárás végrehajtására.A találmány szerinti eljárás során először fluidizálják a pigmentpréslepényt. A fluidizált préslepényt és egy hidrofób, folyékony,szerves kötőanyagot egy ikercsöves extruderbe adagolnak. A szerveskötőanyagnak és a préslepénynek az ikercsigák közötti gyúrása apigmentet a szerves kötőanyagba öblíti. A vízfázist és a kiöblítettpigmentfázist szétválasztják azáltal, hogy a víznek legalábbis egyrészét eltávolítják az extrudernek egy vízlevezető nyílásán keresztül.A vízlevezető nyílástól áramlásirányban lejjebb egy anyagáramlástgátló akadály van kialakítva, amelynek hatására az öblítmény avízelvezető nyílással ellátott szakaszban a vízfázis kívántmennyiségének eltávolítására elegendő időtartamra feltorlódik. Azöblítmény végül átdolgozza magát az akadályon, és továbbhaladáramlásirányban lefelé, ahol vákuumnak teszik ki, hogy az öblítménybőla maradékvizet eltávolítsák. Az öblítményt tovább lehet kombinálni mástintaösszetevőkkel, hogy tintaterméket készítenek. Az extruder magábanfoglal legalább egy ellenőrző berendezést, amely folyamatosanellenőrzi az extruderben feldolgozott anyag egy jellemzőjét, és ajellemzőre kapott értéknek a jellemzőre előre meghatározott értéktőlvaló eltérésére reagálva beállít egy folyamatparamétert.
