Abstract

Patente de invenção: "PLASTISSóIS DE POLI (MET) ACRILATO BIMODAIS E PROCESSO PARA A SUA PREPARAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um plastissol apresentando em mistura: I. um ou mais polímeros e/ou copolímeros de (met) acrilatos obteníveis por polimerização de composições contendo, como constituintes polimerizáveis, A) 20 até 100% em peso de metacrilato de metila, B) 0 até 80% em peso de um (met) acrilato da fórmula (1), diferente do metacrilato de metila, na qual R~ 1~ representa hidrogênio ou metila e R~ 2~ representa um radical alquila linear ou ramificado com 1 até 18 átomos de carbono, C) 0 até 40% em peso de um monómero vinilicamente insaturado diferente de A) e B) e D) 0 até 40% em peso de um monómero promotor de adesão, sendo que A) até D) perfazem 100% em peso dos constituintes polimerizáveis; II. plastificantes, para 100 partes em peso dos polímeros e/ou copolímeros a partir de I., com esses compatíveis, em frações de 5 até 400 partes em peso e III. cargas inorgânicas, para 100% partes em peso do componente I., em quantidades de 0 até 700 partes em peso; destaca-se pelo fato de que os polímeros e/ou copolímeros dos (met) acrilatos são a) polímeros de emulsão com b) uma distribuição de tamanhos bi - ou multimodal das partículas primárias. Além dos aperfeiçoamentos do ponto de vista da mecânica das películas resultantes, os próprios plastissóis exibem uma estabilidade ao armazenamento aperfeiçoada, assim como uma compatibilidade notável com plastificantes de preços em conta. Além disso, eles permitem um teor de aglutinante relativamente elevado.
