Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE L-FOSFINO-TRICINA POR TRANSAMINAçãO ENZIMáTICA COM ASPARTATO". O pedido de patente descreve um processo para síntese quiral, enzimática de L-fosfinotricina por transaminação a partir de seu cetoácido PPO correspondente com aspartato como aminodoador. Através da condução apropriada da reação pode ser obtida uma conversão quantitativa com o emprego de quantidades aproximadamente equimolares de aminodoador e aminoaceptor sob total consumo dos aminoácidos doadores Aspartato. O emprego de transaminases termoestáveis possibilita uma elevada velocidade de reação e respectivos rendimentos espaço-tempo.
